There are two parking spaces at the property with additional parking on street.

Darlington town centre is a short walk away with lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Darlington College and Teesside Univeristy are minutes walk from the front door and also Darlington Train Station is close by. There are great access points for the motorway and Durham, Stockton on Tees and Barnard Castle are all easily reachable.
