Ryelands Way is a beautiful, spacious 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom house located just a short distance away from Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. Durham Arnison Centre is a couple of minutes walk away where there are supermarkets, retail and restaurants. Durham City Centre is around 5 minutes drive away and there are regular busses running every 15/20 minutes from here to the city centre and up to Durham City Retail Park in Gilesgate. The A1 is a short drive away from the property too giving it great links to surrounding areas.
On entry is the lounge area with a TV and two sofas. An arch way through to the dining room with a 6 – seater dining table and patio doors, looking out onto the spacious garden follows. Off from the dining room is the kitchen which includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, a fridge, a freezer compartment, and a clothes airer.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with a zip and link bed which can be made up as either a large double bed or two singles. The master bedroom also has an ensuite with shower. There is a second bedroom with large double bed which can be made up as two singles on request. The third bedroom has a double bed. Each bedroom has ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and toilet.
Externally is a large rear garden which guests can use.
There is a driveway at the front of the property which will fit one car off street. Any further cars can be parked on the road in front of the house.
Please note a maximum of 2 pets are allowed at this property with an additional charge of £25 per pet for the duration of your stay.
