GUEST INFORMATION

 

On arrival at your property you will be greeted and checked in by a member of our staff. You will be given a 24-hour telephone number that you can call in case of emergency.

All apartments have welcome packs to include a variety of teas and coffee supplied by Taylors of Harrogate and individual toiletry packs supplied by Out of Eden.

Please let us know if you would like any extras provided for your stay.

If you are travelling with young children, a travel cot and high chair can also be provided.

 

 

 

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings are to start on the check In date and end on the check out date.

For bookings for longer than 1 week please contact us.

Bookings can be made online, by email or by telephone.

Payment will only be accepted in cash sterling, cheque or by credit/debit card. 

A reservation fee of £100 is due on booking.  Final balance is due 6 weeks before date of arrival.  If the booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival the total cost will be due on booking.

Your booking will be confirmed by post or email.

Cancellations

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance when you book.  If you cancel before your arrival date we will try to re-let the property and if we are successful we will return your reservation fee less an administration charge of £25. 

Toast Lettings reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time with no penalty.

Check In / Out

Check in is available from 2pm up until 8pm on the date of arrival.  Check ins after 8pm may be subjected to a £50 charge. All Lets should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.  For extensions of check in/out times please contact Toast Lettings. 

Property Use

All properties are to be used solely as short term holiday lets.  All lets should only be occupied up to the amount of people specified on the property details.  More than the quoted number of people will not be permitted. 

We reserve the right to refuse admittance if these terms are not observed and will deem the hire cancelled therefore forfeiting the deposit.

Data Protection

Toast Lettings are the sole data controller of all data given to us by clients and prospective clients and will work according with the Data Protection Act 1998 at all times.

Pets

Pets may be allowed in some lets.  Please contact us for details. 

Complaints

Should there be any cause for complaint before, during or after your stay please contact us as soon as possible.

Breakages and Damage

Please report any damage to us immediately.  Blatant, malicious damage will be charged.

It is the sole responsibility of the tenant to ensure that the property is secure at all times during the stay and that any loss is reported immediately.  Unreported losses may be charged. 

Lost or non returned keys and parking zappers will be charged at £35 each.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted within any properties.

Legal

Toast Properties Limited T/A Toast Lettings, Toast Urban or Toast Rural acts as a holiday letting and management agent and can take no responsibility for any causes of injury, death or distress caused by the said properties.
