We Need More Properties

We have a network of clients who are asking us for serviced accommodation lasting for a few nights up to a few months. We offer a flexible approach to short-term lets.

We work closely with owners to ensure that they are able to use their own property when they wish to do so. You may wish to reserve your property for a special occasion or simply want to use it if it happens to be free.  There are no restrictions for owners wishing to use their own properties. We are happy to help you make such arrangements.

Unlike lots of agents we advertise on a number of platforms and not just our own website, ensuring properties have the best worldwide exposure.

As well as our own website we also list on: Airbnb and Booking.com.

Not only do we offer fully managed short term lettings but we operate sister organisations to cover other areas of property management. This gives our landlords peace of mind that every aspect can be dealt with cost effectively and in a timely fashion.

Full Management Service

From 20% of gross income (plus VAT) cleaning and maintenance costs on the basis of invoices.

If you want your property to produce an income with minimal effort and stress to you, our full management service includes:

  • Advertising the property.
  • Access to Lets required by our network of clients.
  • Managing the enquiries and bookings.
  • Taking payments.
  • Full detailed inventory before and after every Let.
  • Arranging check-ins.
  • Identifying and remedying minor maintenance issues before and after every Let.
  • Management of and payment for full cleaning of the property including refilling the consumables such as milk, tea, coffee, toiletries and cleaning products.
  • 24 hour call out to ensure the Landlord will not be contacted by clients.
  • Monthly itemised breakdown of lettings with monthly payment either by cheque or bank transfer direct to the Landlord’s account.
  • Monthly maintenance reports identifying issues to be addressed.
  • Obtaining estimates, instructing, supervising and payment of maintenance contractors as required.
  • Organising and diarising the various safety requirements such as Landlord’s gas certificates and EPC.
  • Organising the furnishing of the property if required.
