The Grove is a beautiful, quiet, and secluded 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment located within a block of 4 apartments of a converted house full of stunning features, surrounded by gardens, trees, and greenery with ample onsite parking. The location is a perfect holiday letting for groups, families, couples, and short term rentals for professionals working in the city centre with only a short walk into the City. The apartment also benefits from having access to the river which offers a long and peaceful path walk.
The property comprises of a private front entrance door to the apartment, with the entrance hallway leading to a toilet room and cloak room. Off the hallway is the open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The lounge includes a modern inset log fire, Sky TV and ample seating. The kitchen includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, a fridge and a freezer with the dining table separating the kitchen and lounge.
The two bedrooms both have double beds, TV’s, ample storage for your belongings during your stay, both with en suites, one with a corner bath and separate shower and the second with a shower. Great care has been taken to hand pick the furniture and decoration to make a very special apartment.
