Everson Way is a spacious, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house situated in Spennymoor, a short distance from Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. Spennymoor offers numerous supermarkets, bars and places to eat. The location is ideal for visitor’s/families that want to explore Weardale and its surrounding areas of beauty.  Hill end which is about a 30 minute drive is back to basics for families wanting to relax by the river with a picnic or a BBQ. There is also an ice cream van so the kids can enjoy an ice cream or ice lolly.  Wolsingham and Stanhope are well worth a visit too. Stanhope boasts an outdoor swimming pool and there are a few public houses and cafes. If you want to visit the stunning Durham City and all its attractions then it is a 15 minute drive away but there is a good local bus service if you wish to use this.

On entry is the kitchen, lounge and downstairs toilet. The lounge includes two large, comfy sofas, a Freeview TV, a coffee table and two decorative glass cabinets. There is also patio doors in the lounge which lead out to the rear garden. The open plan kitchen and dining area follows with a four seater dining table and all the essentials you will need throughout your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, a fridge and a freezer. On the lower floor there is also a toilet.

There are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom leaving enough space to comfortably sleep 7 people. Each bedroom has ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay. The master bedroom also benefits from an ensuite which includes a shower cubicle, a toilet and a sink.

The family bathroom includes a bath, a sink and a toilet.

Externally, there is a large garden which guests can use with outdoor furniture.
