Grange Way is a modern and stylish 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house situated in Bowburn, just a short dive away from Durham. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a 10-minute walk away.
On entry is a hall way with a downstairs toilet to the lefthand side and kitchen to the right. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. At the end of the hallway is the lounge with flat screen tv and a four seater dining table. There are patio doors in the lounge which lead out into the garden which has a small garden sofa and coffee table for guests to use.
Upstairs is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a single bedroom with wardrobe. The single bed has a pull out bed underneath which would be suitable for an additional person to use. Please note this would be on request and would incur a charge to use. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and sink.
Parking is available to the front of the property where there is one dedicated bay. There is also visitor parking available for further cars.
