The property faces onto Ustinov College and there is also a playing field at the back of the property which would be suitable for children. The property is perfect for groups and families with local bars and restaurants just a short distance away. Durham City Centre is around 15 minutes’ walk from the property though there is an Italian restaurant at Nevilles Cross and a pub serving food called The Duke of Wellington.

Internally, the accommodation is spread over 3 floors. The entrance hall leads to the first bedroom which includes a double bed a rail and hangers for your clothes and a large desk should you require it. The second bedroom is also situated on the ground floor and includes a double bed, a wardrobe, and a backdoor leading to the back garden. The ground floor also includes the first bathroom which includes a shower.

To the first floor is the open plan kitchen and dining area which includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer machine, a wine cooler, a fridge, and a freezer. The kitchen also has a dining table where you can enjoy meals throughout your stay. The first floor follows with a toilet room and the lounge which includes a TV with Sky TV, including Sky Sports, and four sofas.

The second floor includes the master bedroom with walk in dressing area and ensuite shower room. There is a second bedroom with a single bed and doorway through to the main bathroom and a third bedroom with a small double bed.
The bathroom includes a bath and over bath shower and can be accessed through the hallway or through the second bedroom on the second floor.

The property also benefits from a garden which includes garden furniture.

To the front of the property is a driveway which leaves enough space for two cars however there is also on street parking. This property is great access for those using the A167, and only 15 minutes’ walk down to the city or the Science Site of the University.
