This fabulous 2 bedroom short rental apartment with underground, private parking in the heart of Durham City Centre is truly the perfect place to stay when visiting Durham City Centre.

On entry to the apartment is the family bathroom, which includes a bath and over the bath shower, with a corridor leading to the twin bedroom. The twin bedroom has two single beds, an open wardrobe and drawers. Following from the first bedroom is a large, open plan living room with 2 x three seater couches, a coffee table and smart TV. The kitchen includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including; utensils, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge – freezer. The dining area has a dining table which is extendable and can fit up to 6 people. There is a fantastic spiral staircase leading up to a mezzanine with a small couch/sofa bed (which can be available on request for £50) and a door leading to the master bedroom with double bed with an ensuite which includes a shower.

The apartment is situated on Old Elvet and the market place is just minutes walk from the front door. There are lots of shops and pubs on the doorstep alongside the Science Site, Bill Bryson Library, Hild Bede, Durham Cathedral and Castle all within easy walking distance.

St Andrews Court has its own secure, underground parking space. Please note only one parking space will be allocated.
