The Woodlands is a spacious, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house situated in Langley Park, a short distance from Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. Langley Park is around 10 minutes drive from Durham, though there are busses which run regularly into Durham and surrounding villages. Newcastle is around 30 minutes drive from the property and you can also easily access the Durham Dales for some fabulous walks. Diggerland is close by and Hall Hill Farm is a short drive away.
On entry is the lounge which includes a TV and a large, bright and colourful sofa with patio door leading out to the back garden. The kitchen includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, a fridge and a freezer. There is also a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs is two double bedrooms and a single bedroom with each bedroom having ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay. The master bedroom has double bed and newly fitted ensuite with shower cubicle.
The family bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower.
Externally is a large garden which guests can use.
Please note there is a driveway which guests can use but there is only enough space for one car any additional cars will ned to park on the street.
