Tudhoe View is a spacious, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house situated in Spennymoor, a short distance from Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. The property is also close to the A167 and A1 making it easily accessible and Spennymoor offers numerous supermarkets, bars and places to eat. The location is ideal for visitor’s/families that want to explore Weardale and its surrounding areas of beauty.  Hill end which is about a 25 minute drive is back to basics for families wanting to relax by the river with a picnic or a BBQ. There is also an ice cream van so the kids can enjoy an ice cream or ice lolly.  Wolsingham and Stanhope are well worth a visit too.  Stanhope boasts an outdoor swimming pool and there are a few public houses and cafes. If you want to visit the stunning Durham City and all its attractions then it is a ten minute drive away but there is a good local bus service if you wish to use this.

On entry is the large and homely open plan lounge and dining area which includes a large sofa and a Freeview TV and a four seater dining table. There is also patio doors that lead out to the back garden and decking area. The kitchen area follows and has all the essentials you will need throughout your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, a fridge and a freezer. On the lower floor there is also a toilet.

Upstairs is three double bedrooms with each bedroom having ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay. The master bedroom also benefits from having an ensuite with a shower.

The family bathroom is also upstairs and includes a bath.

Externally is a large garden which guests can use.

There is a driveway at the front of the property which guests can use. Any additional vehicles can use the on street parking.
