Tudhoe View is a spacious, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house situated in Spennymoor, a short distance from Durham City Centre. There is also an ice cream van so the kids can enjoy an ice cream or ice lolly. Wolsingham and Stanhope are well worth a visit too. Stanhope boasts an outdoor swimming pool and there are a few public houses and cafes. If you want to visit the stunning Durham City and all its attractions then it is a ten minute drive away but there is a good local bus service if you wish to use this.

There is also patio doors that lead out to the back garden and decking area. The kitchen area follows and has all the essentials you will need throughout your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, a fridge and a freezer. On the lower floor there is also a toilet.
Upstairs is three double bedrooms with each bedroom having ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay. The master bedroom also benefits from having an ensuite with a shower.
The family bathroom is also upstairs and includes a bath.
Externally is a large garden which guests can use.
There is a driveway at the front of the property which guests can use. Any additional vehicles can use the on street parking.
